Free Australian delivery…..
Great news....we offer free delivery on all Australian orders. Postage is with Australia post and shipping can be upgraded to express mail upon request. If you need your order in a hurry, or by a set date, then simply let us know and we will do our best to meet your expectations.
Orders in stock will be dispatched within 1-2 business days and ‘Shipped from manufacturer’ stock will often be dispatched within 3-5 business days. If there are delays with certain colours or sizes we will contact you to let you know and make arrangements.
Cheap international delivery…..
Shipping costs will be added at checkout and is determined by location.
The good news is we ship to every corner of the world. Shipping to the US, UK and NZ is $25 per pair and $35 per pair to all other regions.
We use a variety of international shipping methods in order to meet the most economical and secure delivery for your country. As a major export business, we have secured competitive international shipping rates with Australia post, UPS and FedEx. Our variety of business accounts allow us to ship to just about everywhere in the world, in a timely and affordable manner.
All orders to the UK ,US, Canada, New Zealand, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands and Scotland, are shipped with UPS (United Postal Service) which is one of the worlds leading postal service. Delivery is fast and typically takes 3-6 days. The item is tracked and insured for your piece of mind.
If your country was not listed here, don’t be alarmed as we are still able to delivery to your region. Orders to all other countries will be delivered with either FedEx (5-7 day delivery) or registered Australia post (7-14 day delivery) as it is a much cheaper shipping alternative, while still providing the security we expect from our overseas courier companies.

Shipping times….
We strive to ship your items within 1-5 business days of placing your order. During our busy periods there may be delays with dispatch on certain sheepskin products. This is due to the popularity of the products and high demands on these items. You will be notified of any delays and given the option to wait, swap your item, or be issued with a full refund.
If you are in a hurry, please let us know and we will do our best to ship the item as soon as possible.
Import Tax….
We do what we can to avoid your item getting stopped at customs. In some cases this can not be prevented, but we do endeavour to assist as much as we can. If you have any special requirements or instructions for shipping your item then please let us know and we will do our best to assist.
We also urge you to please check your countries policy on importing goods to be certain on exact costs associated with purchase from overseas. If you have any advice that may help with your international delivery, please let us know and we will be sure to follow your recommendations.
We have been exporting goods for over six years and have found customs to be getting tighter in recent years. We do apologise for the hassel and delays it may cause and will be more than happy to provide shipping advice based on our years of experience and recommendations from our previous customers.
Tracking numbers…..
All international orders will have either an Australia post registered number or a tracking number from the respected courier company. We do our best to email you these when they come to hand. However, due to the labour intensity and sometimes intense hectic schedule we are not always able to achieve this, despite our desperate effort to do so.
If you require your tracking, simply email us if you have not received confirmation within a few days and we will forward the details as soon as we are able to.
Items posted with UPS or FedEx can be electronically tracked and you can view the progress online. However, items posted with registered Australian air mail do not provide this service., but we have found them to be reliable and all items will require a signature upon delivery.
