Return & Exchange Policy

We will exchange or refund your purchase (with prior notification) within 14 days of the original shipment date. All returned item(s) must be accompanied with a return form. The item(s) must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging to obtain an exchange or refund (minus any shipping costs.) We will not accept item returned otherwise.
 
Additional delivery charges may apply in some exchange/refund circumstances. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item(s) is faulty (defective materials and/or workmanship) or not as per ordered. Where the item(s) is faulty or not as per ordered, we will provide a full refund or exchange at no cost to the customer.

Please note that because sheepskin and leather are natural products, small marks in the leather cannot be considered a manufacturing fault. Such marks will not affect the performance of the footwear. 

Down Under Boots is not responsible for return packages lost in transit. All packages should be returned to us via a trackable method.  

We will provide you with an address to send you boots back to. Please contact us for the returns document and attach this to your item. Any parcels received without this form will result in delayed shipping or processing of your new order. It is therefore in your best interest to fill this out and provide all the necessary information.
